Biographies
James M. Graham, President
James has eighteen years of insurance and risk management experience. As the principal of ARS he has designed most of the processes used by the firm. He has extraordinary strength in program analysis, contract review and the formation of alternative risk financing mechanisms such as pools, risk purchasing groups and captives. James is a graduate of Hastings College and has earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.
